ONDO breakout

Buy ONDO. The DTCC Tokenization Service link to DTC Tokenized Entitlements ties tokenized stocks to regulated clearing infrastructure (CUSIP-aligned), which is a real adoption unlock, not just marketing. Chart confirms: ONDO reclaimed 20/50/100 EMAs and just cleared the 200-day EMA (~$0.376) with rising volume. Target $0.43–$0.45 if it closes decisively above $0.40; add on any dip that holds $0.37–$0.38.

Key Risk: A failed breakout: ONDO loses $0.37–$0.38 and rolls back below the 200-day EMA, showing the DTCC/RH headlines were already priced and demand evaporates.

Tokenized-equity beta via Robinhood chain

Buy ARB (Arbitrum). The news flow is pushing tokenized equities distribution through Robinhood’s Arbitrum-based Robinhood Chain; that increases on-chain activity and fee demand for the ecosystem that hosts tokenized assets and trading rails. If ONDO’s integration drives more retail/tokenized-stock volume, ARB should benefit as the underlying network. Target a continuation move with ONDO toward $0.43–$0.45; exit if ARB breaks down with ONDO failing $0.40.

Key Risk: Ecosystem mismatch: tokenized-stock activity stays mostly off-chain/limited on Arbitrum, so ARB doesn’t see sustained usage despite ONDO headlines.

  • ONDO price rallied after Ondo expanded into DTCC's tokenization network.
  • Robinhood's tokenized stock rollout has boosted Ondo's RWA ecosystem.
  • ONDO has broken above key technical levels with strong buying volume.

ONDO has rallied more than 13% over the past 24 hours after Ondo Finance expanded its tokenized securities offering through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's tokenization infrastructure and deepened its role in Robinhood's blockchain-based stock token ecosystem.

According to Coingecko, ONDO climbed to around $0.39 on Monday after trading near $0.34 a day earlier, extending its weekly gains to more than 22% as investors responded to a series of institutional developments around tokenized real-world assets.

Buying accelerated after Ondo Finance announced that its tokenized stocks, including CRCLon representing Circle shares and SPYon representing the SPDR S&P 500 ETF, are now linked to DTC Tokenized Entitlements created through the DTCC Tokenization Service.

Instead of relying solely on synthetic exposure, the products connect directly to securities held within the Depository Trust Company's clearing infrastructure.

The integration places Ondo among participants in DTCC's tokenization initiative, which includes financial institutions such as BlackRock, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange.

Under the framework, DTCC creates digital tokenized entitlements carrying the same CUSIP identifiers and symbols as securities held at DTC, allowing assets to move between traditional custody and tokenized form.

For institutional investors, the model provides a direct connection to existing clearing and settlement systems while keeping tokenized assets tied to regulated market infrastructure.

The arrangement also addresses custody, settlement, and operational requirements that many institutional participants consider necessary before adopting tokenized securities.

Another catalyst has emerged from Robinhood's recent expansion into tokenized equities.

Robinhood recently introduced its public Robinhood Chain, built on Arbitrum, alongside tokenized stock trading through the Robinhood Wallet.

The rollout gives users across more than 120 supported jurisdictions access to around-the-clock trading while allowing tokenized stocks to interact with decentralized exchanges and lending protocols.

Within that ecosystem, Ondo's products, including its USDY yield-bearing token and tokenized equities, serve as infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets, giving the protocol access to Robinhood's global retail user base and expanding distribution for its products.

At the same time, improving sentiment across crypto markets has added momentum to the move.

Cooling inflation expectations and increasing optimism around potential interest rate cuts have encouraged investors to rotate into altcoins, while capital has continued flowing into real-world asset projects.

ONDO price analysis

The technical picture has also strengthened alongside the fundamental developments.

On the daily chart, ONDO has broken above its 20-day, 50-day and 100-day exponential moving averages, all clustered between approximately $0.339 and $0.345, indicating buyers have regained control of the short-term trend.

More importantly, the token has also moved above the 200-day EMA near $0.376 for the first time in several months, removing a resistance level that had capped previous rallies.

The daily chart also shows ONDO trading above its anchored VWAP, suggesting buyers remain willing to accumulate at higher prices.

Monday's breakout occurred alongside a noticeable increase in trading volume, giving additional confirmation that the move is being supported by fresh demand rather than thin liquidity.

Even after the sharp rally, price is approaching a resistance zone around $0.39 to $0.40, where previous advances stalled earlier this year.

A decisive daily close above that area could expose the May swing highs near $0.43 to $0.45, although confirmation would likely require continued strong volume.

The 4-hour chart points to strong short-term momentum but also signals that the rally has become stretched.

The 14-period Relative Strength Index has climbed to around 71, placing ONDO in overbought territory.

While an elevated RSI often accompanies strong breakouts, it can also precede periods of consolidation as traders lock in profits.

Volume-based indicators continue to support the bullish case.

On-Balance Volume has resumed its upward trend after recovering from last week's pullback, indicating that buying activity has increased alongside price rather than weakening during the latest advance.

The price structure on the 4-hour timeframe also shows ONDO breaking above its recent consolidation range before accelerating toward $0.39.

Holding above the breakout area around $0.37 to $0.38 would keep the current trend intact, while a sustained move above $0.40 could open the door for another attempt at the $0.43 to $0.45 region.
