Perle (PRL)

The Perle network is designed to reward contributors for completing tasks that improve AI training pipelines. Participants can earn compensation while building an on-chain record of their work, performance, and domain expertise. This reputation layer is an important part of the project’s approach, as it aims to make contributor quality more transparent and auditable than in conventional data-labelling marketplaces.

Perle targets several persistent bottlenecks in the AI industry. Developers of large models and enterprise AI tools often need large volumes of carefully reviewed data, but scaling that work without sacrificing quality is difficult. Feedback from non-specialist labour pools can introduce noise, weaken model accuracy, and make it harder to verify why a model improves or fails. Perle’s use of blockchain infrastructure seeks to add traceability to the process by creating records of task completion, contributor history, and quality outcomes.

Built on Solana, the project benefits from a network designed for fast and inexpensive transactions, which is useful for frequent micro-rewards and reputation updates.
