UKTBL is designed for investors who want exposure to returns linked to the UK T-bill market while using digital asset rails for holding and transferability. Subscriptions can start from as little as £1, broadening access to an asset class that is traditionally handled through banks, brokers, or institutional money market funds. The product targets stable, cash-like yield and offers overnight liquidity, making it closer in purpose to a tokenised cash management instrument than to a volatile cryptocurrency.

A distinctive feature of UKTBL is that its shareholder register is maintained on public blockchain networks. Spiko supports registers across Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Base, and Etherlink, allowing ownership records to be integrated with several widely used blockchain environments. Chainlink provides on-chain net asset value oracle feeds, helping applications verify fund valuation data in a decentralised context.

The fund also relies on established financial-market service providers. CACEIS, part of the Crédit Agricole group, acts as depositary bank, while PwC serves as auditor.
