Willis Towers Watson Public (WTW)
Nasdaq Market Open
Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company, commonly known as WTW, is a global advisory, broking, and solutions firm that helps organisations manage risks, optimise employee programmes, and make decisions about capital. The company serves corporations, public-sector bodies, insurers, institutional investors, and other large clients that require specialist expertise in insurance markets, workforce strategy, pensions, benefits, and analytics.
WTW operates through two main businesses. Health, Wealth & Career focuses on the employee and human capital side of its client relationships. This includes advice and administration for health and benefits plans, retirement and pension programmes, compensation structures, career frameworks, and employee experience initiatives. The segment also provides benefits delivery and outsourcing services, giving companies technology-enabled support for managing complex workforce obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Risk & Broking is centred on risk advisory, insurance placement, and consulting. Through its corporate risk and broking operations, WTW helps clients identify exposures and arrange insurance coverage across areas such as property, casualty, cyber, financial lines, and specialty risks. Its insurance consulting and technology activities serve insurers with actuarial, analytics, software, and strategic support.
The company’s distinctive position comes from combining brokerage access, actuarial knowledge, data analytics, and consulting capabilities. Rather than operating only as an insurance intermediary, WTW works across the overlapping areas of people, risk, and capital, where decisions about workforce costs, financial resilience, and enterprise risk increasingly interact. Its global footprint and long-standing client relationships make it a major participant in the professional services and insurance brokerage market.
