Its platforms help consumers search for homes, compare neighbourhoods, estimate property values, review rental listings, and connect with real estate professionals. The company’s Class C capital stock trades under the symbol Z, while Zillow also has other share classes listed separately.
Zillow’s ecosystem covers much of the residential property journey. Home shoppers use the company’s websites and apps to browse for-sale listings, rental properties, new construction, and market information. Sellers can use Zillow to understand local demand and reach potential buyers, while real estate agents, mortgage professionals, property managers, and homebuilders use the platform to generate leads and manage customer relationships.
