This structure can support predictable rental income and is a common model in the retail REIT market.
Agree Realty’s portfolio is built around well-known national and regional retailers across sectors such as grocery, convenience stores, home improvement, automotive services, off-price retail, and general merchandise. Tenants associated with its properties include large operators such as Walmart, 7-Eleven, Wawa, and Gerber Collision, reflecting the company’s emphasis on established brands with broad consumer demand.
