BasedHype (BASEDHYPE)

The token launched in July 2025 with a fixed supply of 10 billion units. Its design includes scheduled deflationary activity, beginning with monthly burns of 200 million tokens from a 6 billion-token vesting pool from August 1, 2025. The burn process is intended to be publicly verifiable through Basescan, with the possibility of a higher monthly burn rate in 2026 if supported by community consensus.

BasedHype’s token structure also includes locked liquidity and restricted reserve allocations. A 2 billion-token liquidity allocation, equal to 20% of supply, is locked through Bitbond until June 30, 2028. Other stated allocations include a founder vault locked until January 2028 for a ceremonial burn, a media and listings reserve tied to a market-cap threshold, and a smaller community vault for incentives.

The contract is described as renounced and standard ERC-20 compliant, with no transaction taxes, minting rights, or upgrade functions after renouncement. Trading takes place on Uniswap V2, where liquidity providers earn the protocol’s normal trading fees. BasedHype has no formal team or traditional roadmap; it is coordinated by a decentralized collective known as the Signal Tribe and presents itself as a memetic expression rather than an investment product.
