Looped Hype (LHYPE)

The project positions LHYPE as a way to make more advanced yield strategies accessible to a wider user base. Rather than requiring depositors to manually monitor lending markets, leverage levels, liquidations, and staking positions, the protocol automates the strategy in the background. This makes LHYPE a liquid receipt-style asset for users who want simplified participation in a structured HYPE yield product, while still remaining exposed to the risks of smart contracts, market volatility, and leverage-driven strategies.

Looped Hype is also presented as an ecosystem-aligned product for Hyperliquid, a blockchain and trading-focused network known for its high-performance on-chain exchange infrastructure. The protocol’s design includes a community-oriented governance model, with a large share of its governance token allocation directed toward depositors and ecosystem participants. It also includes the HyperCatalyst initiative, which aims to reinvest a portion of total value locked into Hyperliquid-native projects. LHYPE’s distinctive feature is therefore not only yield automation, but also its stated role in circulating capital back into the broader Hyperliquid DeFi environment.
