BEST SPAC I Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed to identify and combine with an operating business. As a blank check company, it does not run a commercial business of its own at the time of listing. Its primary purpose is to raise capital through the public markets and use those funds to pursue a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, reorganisation, or similar business combination with a private company.
