The business is organized around segments that include Flavors & Extracts, Color, Asia Pacific, and Corporate and Other. Flavors & Extracts is a major contributor, supplying flavor systems, flavor enhancers, natural extracts, essential oils, bionutrients, dehydrated vegetables, and other ingredient solutions. Sensient’s Color segment provides both natural and synthetic color technologies for food, beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical applications.
