Figure Heloc (FIGR_HELOC)

Figure Heloc is part of a blockchain-based real-world asset infrastructure focused on consumer and private credit markets. The project uses Provenance Blockchain, a public network built for financial services, to bring loan origination, asset ownership, trading, and settlement into a shared on-chain environment.

Its core focus is home equity lines of credit, or HELOCs, alongside other debt instruments that can be standardized and represented digitally. Through Figure Connect, loan assets are originated and converted into structured, tokenized formats that institutional buyers can evaluate and transact with more efficiently. This primary-market layer is designed to reduce manual processes, improve transparency, and make credit assets easier to package, transfer, and finance.

Figure Markets complements that activity by supporting secondary-market trading and settlement for digital loan assets. The venue is intended to allow around-the-clock settlement, decentralized custody, and access to both crypto-native and fiat payment rails. In practice, the combination aims to make debt instruments behave more like programmable financial assets, while still being tied to real-world loan performance and underwriting.
