Purr (PURR)

The token’s distribution is closely linked to Hyperliquid’s points programme. PURR has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens, with 500 million distributed proportionally to eligible points holders. A further 400 million tokens were initially deployed as Hyperliquidity under HIP-2 and were later burned. This structure makes the token’s launch more community-oriented than fundraising-driven, while also connecting it to Hyperliquid’s native liquidity mechanisms.

PURR also has a deflationary element: trading fees paid in PURR are burned, permanently removing those tokens from circulation.
