QIE Blockchain (QIE)

QIE Blockchain is a Layer 1 crypto network built to support fast, low-cost smart contract activity across payments, decentralised finance, gaming, identity, and other Web3 applications. Its native token, QIE, functions as the network’s gas asset, paying for transactions, smart contract execution, staking, and other on-chain operations. The project positions QIE as infrastructure for high-throughput applications, with a design that targets one-second finality and transaction capacity far above early proof-of-work networks.

A key part of QIE’s proposition is interoperability. The blockchain is designed to work with Ethereum Virtual Machine tooling while also connecting with the Cosmos ecosystem, allowing developers to build applications that can interact across different blockchain environments. This focus on compatibility aims to reduce friction for developers and users who already operate across multiple chains.

QIE uses a delegated proof-of-stake model with validator participation, on-chain governance, and staking rewards. Its economic model includes fee burning, with the project stating that a large share of transaction fees is permanently removed from circulation. The network also promotes native delegation, validator accountability, and transaction-ordering features intended to improve reliability and reduce some forms of extractive activity.

The wider QIE ecosystem includes decentralised exchange activity, gaming applications, automated trading tools, AI-related services, and planned lending and cross-chain DeFi features. QIE Web3 Domains and QIE Pass extend the project into identity and payments by offering human-readable payment identifiers and multichain digital identity functionality. As a result, QIE is presented not only as a settlement token, but as the utility asset that coordinates fees, access, governance, and incentives across the QIE Blockchain ecosystem.
