A key part of Anfield’s portfolio is the Shootaring Canyon Mill in Utah, one of the few licensed conventional uranium mills in the United States. Ownership of milling infrastructure is a distinctive feature for a junior uranium developer because processing capacity can be a major bottleneck in the sector. The company also holds interests in uranium and vanadium projects including Velvet-Wood in Utah, Slick Rock in Colorado, and the West Slope project in Montrose and San Miguel counties in southwestern Colorado.

Anfield’s assets are positioned in historic uranium-producing districts of the western United States, where prior mining activity, infrastructure, and geological data can help guide development planning. The company’s exposure to vanadium adds a secondary commodity angle, as vanadium is used in steel alloys and has potential demand from energy storage technologies such as vanadium redox flow batteries.

Although Anfield is incorporated in Canada and reports geographic exposure across Canada and the United States, its core mineral properties are US-based. As with other exploration and development companies, its progress depends on resource definition, regulatory approvals, capital availability, commodity prices, and the economics of bringing mines and processing facilities into operation.
