Cango entered the digital asset sector in November 2024 and reports its business through two segments: Bitcoin Mining Business and International Automobile Trading Business. The mining segment focuses on operating computing capacity used to validate transactions on the Bitcoin network and earn block rewards and transaction fees. As with other miners, its economics are closely linked to Bitcoin’s market price, network difficulty, electricity costs, equipment efficiency and site uptime.

The company is also testing adjacent infrastructure opportunities.
