Enliven Therapeutics (ELVN)

The company’s lead candidate, ELVN-001, is being developed for chronic myeloid leukaemia, or CML. It is designed to inhibit BCR-ABL, the fusion protein that drives the disease. A therapy that can address multiple HER2 forms may have potential in molecularly selected patient populations, subject to clinical validation.
