ECOMI moves millions of premium NFTs to Ethereum after integration with Immutable X

Singapore-based technology company ECOMI has integrated its digital collectibles marketplace, which is based on the VeVe app, into Immutable X (IMX/USD), the first layer 2 (L2) solution for Ethereum focused on scaling NFTs without compromising decentralization, Invezz learned from a press release.

Following the integration, more than 2.6 million premium licensed NFTs moved to Ethereum (ETH/USD). This enabled over 1 million active VeVe users to fully own their carbon-neutral assets and trade with zero gas fees.

Immutable X allows instant transactions and gasless NFT trades

Immutable X an L2 solution that’s compatible with Ethereum because it is built on top of StarkWare’s bleeding edge zero-knowledge proof technology. Improving carbon impact

VeVe is also making great effort to improve their carbon impact. Their grants to environmental causes and nonprofits exceed $7 million. All NFTs minted and traded on the VeVe marketplace will be fully carbon-neutral as Immutable X’s protocol reduces computing energy.
