Pharos (PROS)

Buy PROS. The vault targets ~11.3% credit yield plus ~3% in PROS incentives, so incremental deposits should directly increase demand for PROS to fund/align incentives. If APC hits the $100m cap, the incentive stream becomes a near-term catalyst for token velocity and holder sentiment. Key risk: APC underperforms on real credit cash flows or incentives get reduced/paused, shrinking the PROS-linked yield premium and killing the demand thesis.

Key Risk: APC’s realized credit yield or PROS incentive economics disappoint, removing the token-demand catalyst.

Onchain private credit (USDC vault exposure)

Buy exposure via the Axil Prime Credit Vault (APC) once it opens (USDC deposits). The thesis is that retail access to diversified private credit at up to ~14.3% APY is a durable “real yield” product, not emissions farming, and should attract steady inflows as users rotate from volatile DeFi yields. Key risk: credit losses rise (defaults/underwriting deterioration) and realized returns fall well below the advertised APY.

Key Risk: Underlying borrowers default and realized returns collapse below the target APY.

  • Pharos launches Axil Prime Credit Vault targeting up to 14.3% APY.
  • The three-month onchain private credit vault is capped at $100 million USDC.
  • Public deposits open July 15 through OKX, Binance, TopNod and KuCoin wallets.

Financial & AI Layer 1 Pharos Network today announced the launch of the Axil Prime Credit Vault (APC), a fully onchain institutional private credit strategy that opens an asset class historically gated to institutions to a broader base of onchain depositors.

Distributed through leading platforms including OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, the vault targets a yield of up to ~14.3% APY and is capped at $100 million USDC.

Private credit has become one of the fastest-growing corners of global finance, with institutional allocators directing hundreds of billions into the The AI Infrastructure Stack Decomposed: Compute, Training, and Execution as three separate markets asset class in search of yield uncorrelated to public markets.

Until now, that access has been effectively closed to anyone outside large funds, family offices, and institutional desks. APC is designed to change that distribution.

“Institutions and professional investors have always reached the best private credit opportunities first. Pharos is helping real value and real users of Realfi collapsing that gap,” said Wish Wu, Co-founder & CEO of Pharos.

“This is not related to point farming or inflationary yield. This is generated by real-world consumer credit cash flows that everyone can access every day.”

Real yield, real credit

The Axil Prime Credit Vault provides exposure to a diversified private credit portfolio sourced through institutional-grade infrastructure.

Its target yield is composed of approximately 11.3% from the underlying private credit portfolio, plus approximately 3% in $PROS, Pharos native coin, ecosystem incentives from Pharos, a return profile linked to real-world credit markets rather than crypto-native emissions or speculative trading.

The vault is a 100% Axil-managed strategy deployed through R25 Protocol on Pharos, structured across Pharos serves as the distribution and settlement layer, providing access for RealFi users; Axil acts as credit manager and vault operator, responsible for portfolio construction and credit strategy; R25 provides the real-world asset infrastructure connecting onchain capital to off-chain credit.

Built for access

APC follows the success of Pharos’ earlier pAlpha Vault. Also centered on real yield, pAlpha vault operated securely throughout its lifecycle with no security incidents.

APC is built on the same rigorous risk-management and operational standards, extending that proven framework into private credit.

Depositors can fund the three-month vault using either Pharos-native USDC powered by Circle or assets bridged from Ethereum, lowering the friction for capital across networks.

APC reaches depositors through leading industry platforms, with distribution confirmed via OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, extending the vault’s reach to qualified users well beyond any single ecosystem.

Access opens to the public on July 15, with capacity limited to $100 million USDC. Under the vault’s “deposit earlier, earn longer” structure, depositors who join sooner accrue more yield-bearing days before the lock-up period begins.

About Pharos

Pharos is a financial and AI Layer 1 built for RealFi. It delivers the compliant infrastructure needed for institutional assets and internet-scale capital markets.

Designed to coordinate real-world financial activity onchain, Pharos combines deep-parallel execution (SALI engine), modular SPNs, and protocol-level compliance infrastructure, integrating ZK-KYC / AML mechanisms, AsyncBFT consensus, native AI agent support (X402 protocol), and dualVM (EVM + WASM compatibility), to support RWAs, stablecoins, cross-border settlement, onchain yield markets, and agent-mediated commerce at internet scale.

The network is supported by strategic partners across the global financial stack, including Circle, Chainlink, Anchorage Digital, Morpho, and Centrifuge, connecting regulated capital markets with onchain liquidity venues where real-world assets can be actively deployed into real-yield-generating strategies.

Built by former Ant Group leadership and engineers, backed by leading global investors across TradFi and crypto, including Sumitomo Corporation, Flow Traders, SNZ, Hack VC, and Faction VC, Pharos is developing the infrastructure layer for the next era of programmable finance and the agentic economy.
