  • Ability to stream tokens with lower fees will open doors for more people to experiment with Sablier

Sablier, the Ethereum-based (ETH/USD) protocol for real-time finance, is launching its infrastructure on Polygon (MATIC/USD) and Binance (BNB/USD) Smart Chain to offer lower usage fees and upgraded efficiency, Invezz learned from a press release. Users can now leverage Sablier to streamline payments, payroll, and subscriptions.

Launch on BSC to cut gas fees by 12,000%, on MATIC – by 677%

Sablier’s deployment on Polygon will cut fees by almost 677% compared to Ethereum gas fees. The launch on Binance Smart Chain will lower them by over 12,000%. So far, the main use of Sablier has been in the form token-vesting for teams because Ethereum gas fees don’t have much additional uses.

Sablier expects the ability to stream tokens with lower fees on BSC and Polygon will open the doors for more people to experiment with the protocol and increase the number of new use cases. Paul Razvan Berg, Founder of Sablier, commented:
