  • The crypto project stellar recently published its roadmap for 2021, with a heavy focus on growth.
  • Stellar plans to ensure growth in every way possible, including usage, technology, policy, and more.
  • The project had a busy and successful 2020, and now it aims to be even more productive in 2021.

The Stellar (XLM) team has recently published the project's roadmap for 2021. According to the team's vision, this year is going to focus heavily on growth.

Stellar aims to grow in 2021

Stellar's goal for this year — as well as beyond — is to focus more on growth. In fact, it would appear that the project is interested in pursuing growth of every kind, including the number of users, as well as developers on its network.

The growth of transaction volume goes without saying, especially considering that this is a project whose aim is to provide instant international transactions for everyone. This is why it will also focus strongly on improving the public awareness of itself and its services.

The Stellar team also came up with so-called 'strategic pillars.' There are three strategic pillars, which revolve around supporting the usability of the network, improving its visibility, and maintaining sustainable development.

Stellar in 2020: Joining Samsung was a major move

The Stellar roadmap also mentioned that the project plans to focus heavily on its technology, policy, brand, ecosystem, as well as use cases. But, as it is also recognized — achieving this will require high diversity of ideas, which is another resource that Stellar is set to obtain.

Of course, the project has been busy as of late. Its 2020 has been a rather fast-paced year when it comes to development, in fact, and there were numerous high-profile collaborations in the past.

Last July, for example, Stellar's blockchain was mentioned by Samsung, which announced its Blockchain Keystore. This particular integration allowed the project to store private keys on various Samsung products. It also exposed stellar to millions of Samsung users around the world, allowing them to manage, sell or buy XLM on their phones.

Down the road, Stellar will also grant the use of its network to a crypto exchange and wallet, Abra, which will then use it to provide banking services to its users.
