Dell received a big compliment from Nvidia CEO at the GTC 2024

Dell Technologies Inc (NYSE: DELL) is up 2.0% on Tuesday after it received a big compliment from Jensen Huang – the chief executive of Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ: NVDA).

Nvidia says Dell is the best at what it does

Huang sees $DELL as the best at “building end-to-end systems of very large scale for the enterprise”.

He made that remark at the GTC 2024 conference in San Jose, California where Nvidia also revealed the “world’s most powerful chip” for artificial intelligence as Invezz reported here.

The news arrives a couple weeks after Dell Technologies reported upbeat financial results for its fourth quarter and issued solid guidance on the back of rising demand for AI servers.

Dell stock that currently pays a dividend yield of 1.65% has more than doubled since August of 2023.

What other tech stocks got a boost from GTC 2024

Jensen Huang also confirmed at the GTC 2024 that Ansys, Synopsys, and Cadence Design Systems have agreed to use his company’s newly announced Blackwell processors to make their products more AI savvy.

Shares of all three tech companies are in the green at writing.

The likes of ServiceNow Inc and SAP SE are using $NVDA platform to develop their services, as per Huang – which is why their respective stocks are trading up today as well.
