  • Rumble Cloud’s infrastructure will support Tron’s decentralization objectives.
  • The duo looks to reduce dependence on enterprise-scale cloud providers and improve censorship resistance.
  • Tron ecosystem matures, with USDT transactions hitting $600 billion peak.

Cloud services and video-sharing platform Rumble has confirmed a strategic partnership with Tron DAO to accelerate web decentralization through dApps and blockchain technology.

The collaborations aim to reduce dependency on enterprise-scale cloud providers and boost censorship resistance.

Rumble founder and CEO Chris Pavlovski commented on the move, stating:

Notably, this deal comes as the TRON network experiences substantial growth, with USDT transactions hitting $600 billion ATHs.

That showcases the blockchain’s increasing popularity as a fast, efficient, low-cost platform for stablecoin transfers.

Rumble Cloud bolsters internet decentralization

Rumble Cloud is the core of this partnership, designed to rival Big Tech cloud firms with an advanced censorship-resistant infrastructure.

Rumble Cloud boasts all cloud computing solutions, including Kubernetes orchestration and virtual machines, load balancers, and guarantees secure storage.

With Tron’s integration, Rumble Cloud can support decentralized projects to scale without limitations associated with traditional cloud providers.

For instance, individuals will no longer deal with arbitrary censorship, vendor lock-in, and high costs.

That matches Rumble’s objective of supporting free expression and building an internet model free from ingrained gatekeepers.

Tron goes all in on its web3 vision

Justin Sun’s crypto project is among the most active blockchain ecosystems, known for prioritizing open access, user empowerment, and decentralization.

It has gained popularity and growth, recently emerging as the top network for Tether’s USDT.

Tron hosts over 63% (more than $150 billion) of the total USDT in circulation.

Meanwhile, partnering with Rumble matches TRON’s long-term goal of building a decentralized web that’s secure, fast, scalable, and censorship-resistant.

Commenting on the latest association, founder Justin Sun claimed:

Tron outshines Ethereum on stablecoin transfers

USDT transactions on TRON have touched fresh ATHs of above $600 billion, according to Token Terminal.

Tron has consistently outperformed Ethereum in stablecoin transactions since 2022, indicating TRON’s preference for fast, efficient, and cost-friendly USDT transfers.

While Ethereum processes a block every 12 seconds, Tron takes 3 seconds.

Further, Ethereum handles 27 transactions per second (tps), whereas Tron brags 2,000 tps.

Tron’s native token, TRX, trades at $0.2745 after gaining 2% and 10% in the previous week and month (CoinMarketCap data).
