Fraktion expands RWA tokenization platform with strategic acquisition of Pecule

Fraktion, a rapidly growing SaaS platform for the tokenization and management of real-world assets, has announced the acquisition of French fintech Pecule.

The move seems to be aimed at accelerating its expansion and strengthening its foothold as the European leader in private asset tokenization and digital distribution.

The acquisition marks a turning point for Fraktion as it brings Pecule’s expertise in digital securities issuance platforms under its umbrella, creating what the company calls a unified infrastructure for structuring, tokenizing, and distributing private assets.

Together, Fraktion and Pecule now operate more than 20 active platforms across Europe, serving both issuers and financial distributors.

Building a seamless tokenization infrastructure

The acquisition creates a comprehensive ecosystem that spans the entire value chain of private asset management, from the structuring of investment vehicles to digital distribution.

This integration enables faster and more transparent fundraising across real estate, private equity, and club deals, while simplifying both issuer and investor experiences.

The acquisition is primarily strategic and commercial, aimed at attracting more mature issuers such as real estate firms and institutional investors.

Looking ahead, the combined entity plans to double its operational capacity, projecting over 40 active platforms by next year.

Fraktion is also setting its sights beyond Europe, with expansion plans targeting the Middle East, particularly Dubai and several high-potential markets in Asia.

In parallel, the company is forging partnerships with financial advisors, family offices, and niche investment platforms to strengthen its digital distribution capabilities and support its ambition to globalize tokenized private asset investment.

The acquisition builds on Fraktion’s earlier momentum following a successful €1.1 million seed round raised earlier in 2025.

Since its debut on the Tezos blockchain in 2023, the company has positioned itself as an accessible, compliant, and secure infrastructure for asset managers looking to digitize traditional investment vehicles.
