Cryptomus introduces a new payment tool: Virtual Card

The Cryptomus platform has added a virtual card to its ecosystem, designed for payments using cryptocurrency. This new tool expands the service's payment capabilities and becomes part of its infrastructure for everyday transactions.

The virtual card is issued within the platform and can be used for online and in-store payments. Support for Apple Pay and Google Pay allows for integration of the card into existing payment environments. Card management and transaction monitoring are available in the Cryptomus mobile app and web version. The company plans to expand the format with physical cards in the future.

The launch of the virtual card reflects the growing market interest in practical payment solutions based on digital assets. Cryptocurrency is increasingly used not only for storage and transfers, but also as a payment instrument, which creates demand for new payment formats.

A standard verification procedure is required to obtain the card. After verification, users can issue several virtual cards with different parameters. The cost of issuing one card is $4 USD. Service terms, including fees and technical specifications, depend on the chosen card type and are displayed during the application process.

The  virtual card can be topped up directly from the Cryptomus personal wallet using USDT or USDC with automatic conversion at the current exchange rate. The top-up fee is 3.2%. Funds can be returned to the wallet without commission.

The card's functionality includes instant transactions, payment notifications, and management tools. Transaction security is ensured by two-factor authentication and 3D Secure support.

Cryptomus virtual cards work with Visa and Mastercard payment systems and support payments in EUR and USD currencies. The launch of this new payment tool is another step in the development of the Cryptomus ecosystem and confirms the platform's focus on expanding practical use cases for cryptocurrency in the digital economy.
