  • Nexo reaffirms EEA compliance through MiCA-licensed European infrastructure partners.
  • . Company operates custody and brokerage through two licensed European providers.
  • Nexo strengthens European operations ahead of MiCA regulatory framework implementation.

Nexo, a digital assets wealth platform, said it has reaffirmed the compliance of its products across the European Economic Area (EEA).

According to the company, it operates in the region through two MiCA-licensed partners that provide the infrastructure supporting its client-facing platform.

According to Nexo, its European operations combine its global wealth platform with licensed custody and brokerage providers.

Tangany provides digital asset custody infrastructure under a MiCA licence, while DLT Finance, which is licensed under MiCA and authorised under MiFID II, provides brokerage infrastructure for digital assets and financial instruments.

The partnerships combine its global wealth platform with infrastructure designed for the European market to support its services in the region.

MiCAR is the most consequential regulatory framework digital assets have seen in Europe, and Nexo has been preparing for а long time. When it came to choosing DLT Finance and Tangany, the standard was non-negotiable: our partners are best-in-class – rigorously regulated, technically sophisticated, and aligned with how we think about client protection. Europe is where Nexo was built, and it remains central to our global strategy. We’re proud to have partners who can contribute to our ambitions here. Now, at the end of a robust testing phase, all Nexo services are provided in the usual way with no disruptions.

Yasen Yankov, Chief Product Officer of Nexo.

The company said its licensed-partner model reflects its long-term commitment to Europe as the market transitions to the MiCA regulatory framework.

Nexo added that it ranked among the world's three largest centralised crypto lenders as of the third quarter of 2025 and said it aims to continue expanding its digital asset wealth services across Europe under the new regulatory regime.
