The new German location will mark the third such blockchain application facility in the world. Lisk previously opened Lisk Center Utrecht in the Netherlands and Lisk Center Tokyo in Japan.

Opening events November 20-21

Lisk will introduce its new Berlin space on November 20 in an online event. The event, as well as the space itself, will be dedicated to research and development using the Lisk ecosystem to build blockchain applications.

The following day will feature an open house for a limited number of people to visit the space, meet the Lisk Berlin team, and network with other members of the blockchain community. COVID-19 protocols will be in place.

Lisk ecosystem seeks to attract new developers

Founded in Zug, Switzerland, Lisk launched its network in 2016. Lisk is an open-source project focused on blockchain accessibility.

The Lisk ecosystem seeks to give developers the ability to build innovative new blockchain applications. It does so by offering developer tools, cryptocurrency wallets, and access to other forward-thinking Lisk community members.
