KuCoin Pay debuts business-focused crypto gift card solution

KuCoin Pay, the cryptocurrency payment service offered by KuCoin, has launched KuCoin Gift Card, a digital asset distribution solution that allows businesses to distribute USDT and USDC through digital gift cards.

The platform supports bulk issuance and API integration, and is designed for use cases including customer rewards, promotional campaigns, employee incentives, and community engagement.

According to the company, businesses can use KuCoin Gift Card to distribute digital assets to customers, partners, employees, and community members through digital gift cards.

Recipients can redeem the cards through KuCoin to receive the corresponding assets, with the company saying the process is intended to simplify stablecoin distribution and reduce operational complexity.

According to KuCoin, recipients can continue to hold, transfer, or use redeemed digital assets across supported services within the KuCoin ecosystem after claiming their gift cards.

The company said businesses can also use bulk issuance and API integration to incorporate digital asset distribution into customer acquisition, loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, community engagement, and employee rewards.

KuCoin said the launch expands KuCoin Pay's role as payment and distribution infrastructure for digital assets.

The company added that the platform is intended to help businesses distribute stablecoins more efficiently as their use in global commerce continues to grow.
