Peter, a native of Boston, graduated from Babson College and began his career at the investment firm Kidder Peabody. He later served as the assistant state treasurer, overseeing Louisiana's $3 billion investment portfolio. A nationally recognised speaker, Peter has addressed over 1,500 groups across 47 states and several countries. His expertise has been featured in Barron’s, Kiplinger’s, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. He also hosts a popular weekly business show on National Public Radio in New Orleans, called Out To Lunch.

Peter Ricchiuti (Ri-Chooty) is the business professor you wish you'd had in college. Known for his humour and insight, he has earned numerous teaching awards at Tulane University, where he founded and leads the nationally acclaimed Burkenroad Reports student stock research program. Peter is also a husband, dad, author, and avid baseball fan who has visited all 30 current major league ballparks.
